1.         Cleanest Pony & Rider, 16 years and under.
2.         Fancy Dress. 12 years and under & 16 years & under ( Rosettes for both ages ).
3.         Lead Rein Jumping, Rider 8 years and under.
4.         Novice Leaping, open to Horse or Pony not placed 1st in a Show Jumping Class             during the current year.
5.         Leaping. Pony 12.2 hh and under. Rider 12 years and under.
6.         Leaping. Pony 13.2 hh and under. Rider 14 years and under.
7.         Leaping. Pony 14.2 hh and under. Rider 16 years and under.
8.         Leaping Open.
9.         Flag Race. 8 years and under on a lead rein.
10.       Flag Race. 12 years and under.
11.       Flag Race. Open.
12.       Potato Race. 8 years and under on a lead rein.
13.       Potato Race. 12 years and under.
14.       Potato Race. Open.
15.       Potato Race. Parents. ( No prize money, Rosettes only. )       
16.       Bending. 8 years and under on a lead rein.
17.       Bending. 12 years and under.
18.       Bending. Open.
19.       Bending.  Parents. ( No prize money, Rosettes only. )
20.       Musical Ride. 8 years and under on a lead rein.
21.       Musical Ride. 12 years and under.
22.       Musical Ride. Open.

PONY SPORT RULES.

 
 
1.         In the interest of Safety, Riding Hats to current Safety Regulations and Boots must         be worn when mounted.
2.         NO  Spurs or Whips in Classes 9 - 23.
3.         The Judges decision is final in all matters.
4.         The organisation reserve the right to amend the schedule if they so wish.
5.         All objections should be made in writing to the secretary during the show,             accompanied by a fee of £5-00 which will be returnable if the objection is sustained,            otherwise it will go to the society funds.
 
 
 
 
 
TROPHIES.
 
The “ESKDALE TROPHY “ to the winner of Class 1. To be held for one year.
 
The “ CASTLETON MILLENIUM TROPHY “ to the winner of Class 5. To be held for
one year.
 
The “ P W FEATHERSTONE TROPHY “ to the winner of Class 7. To be held for one year.
 
The “ CASTLETON SHOW  TROPHY “ to the winner of Class 8. To be held for one year.
 
The “ FINLAYSON TROPHY “ to the winner of Class 9. To be held for one year.
 
The “ DENIS HOWE MEMORIAL CUP “ will be awarded to the person gaining most points in Classes 9 - 23 on one Pony. To be held for one year.
 
The “ HEATHER BOWMAN TROPHY “ will be awarded to the winner of Class 23. To be held for one year. Pony & Rider must have completed together in at least 3 Games Classes to be eligible for this Trophy.
 
THE ORGANISER DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENT, DAMAGE, INJURY OR ILLNESS TO HORSE, OWNER, RIDERS, SPECTATORS OR ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY.
 
 
FIRST AID AVAILABLE ON THE SHOWFIELD.
 
 
ONLY RIDERS COMPETING IN THE PONY SPORTS EVENTS WILL HAVE FREE ENTRY TO THE MAIN SHOW FIELD.
 
 
DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD.
